KCB系列齒輪泵KCB SERIES GEAR PUMP
一、產(chǎn)品介紹:
KCB齒輪泵適用于輸送各種油類(lèi)、如重油、柴油、潤(rùn)滑油,配用銅齒輪可輸送內(nèi)點(diǎn)低液體,如氣油、笨等所以稱(chēng)為齒輪油泵,不銹鋼齒輪泵可輸送飲料和腐蝕性的液體。不適用于含硬質(zhì)顆粒或纖維的,適用粘度為5×10-5~1.5×103m2/s。溫度不高為70℃,如需輸送高溫液體,單級(jí)單吸油泵請(qǐng)使用耐高溫齒輪油泵,可輸送300℃以下液體。
二、KCB齒輪油泵特點(diǎn):
1、 該電動(dòng)抽油泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,使用和保養(yǎng)方便。
2、 具良好的自吸性,故每次開(kāi)泵前不須灌入液體。
3、 潤(rùn)滑是靠輸送的液體而自動(dòng)達(dá)到的,故日常工作時(shí)無(wú)須另加潤(rùn)滑液。
4、利用彈性聯(lián)軸器傳遞動(dòng)力可以補(bǔ)償因安裝時(shí)所引起的微小偏差。在油泵工作中受到不可避免的液壓沖擊時(shí),能起到良好的緩沖作用。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明:
KCB齒輪油泵泵體、齒輪、前后泵蓋、安全閥、軸承及密封裝置等零、部件組成.
1、泵體、前后蓋等零件為灰鑄鐵件,齒輪用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制作;亦可根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要用銅材或不銹鋼制作。
2、安全閥。KCB系列油泵在后泵蓋或泵體上方裝有安全閥,齒輪油泵 當(dāng)泵或排出管道發(fā)生故障或?qū)⑴懦鲩y門(mén)完全關(guān)閉而產(chǎn)生高壓和高壓沖擊時(shí)安全閥就會(huì)自動(dòng)打開(kāi),卸除部分或全部的高壓液體回到吸入腔,從而對(duì)泵及管道起到安全保護(hù)作用。
3、軸承。2CY系列油泵采用DU軸承;可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求采用錫青銅軸承。&0818.3-83.3、2CY1.1齒輪油泵采用DU軸承;可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求采用錫青銅軸承。
4、軸封。本系列齒輪油泵產(chǎn)品的軸端密封有骨架油封、機(jī)械密封及填料密封三種結(jié)構(gòu)。
a. 骨架油封:骨架油封的特點(diǎn)是維護(hù)、更換方便,成本低,但壽命較短。丁晴膠骨架油封適用于1001:以下工作環(huán)境;氟橡膠骨架油封適用于200℃以下工作環(huán)境。
b. 1機(jī)械密封:機(jī)械密封的特點(diǎn)是密封可靠、壽命長(zhǎng),成本高。機(jī)械密封的基體用不銹鋼制造, 動(dòng)、靜環(huán)視介質(zhì)不同分別由YG8硬質(zhì)合金或YG8-石墨制造,使用溫度在200℃以下。
c. 填料密封:填料密封僅用于高溫油泵,其特點(diǎn)是耐高溫,有少量泄漏。使用過(guò)程中需根據(jù)泄漏情況經(jīng)常進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使用溫度在250℃:以下。
用戶(hù)需何種型式的密封結(jié)構(gòu)需在訂貨時(shí)注明。凡訂貨時(shí)未注明者均按丁晴膠骨架油封或填料結(jié)構(gòu)供貨。
5、進(jìn)、出油口型式:
2CY系列齒輪油泵進(jìn)、出油口為與口徑對(duì)應(yīng)的英制管螺紋(G),直接制作在泵體上。
KCB18.3-200、2CY1.1-12齒輪式輸油泵配帶管螺紋口的腰形法蘭;其余泵不配帶法蘭,當(dāng)用戶(hù)需要配帶法蘭時(shí),應(yīng)在訂貨中注明。
6、泵與電機(jī)用彈性聯(lián)軸器連接,并安裝在公共底盤(pán)上。
Product Introduction:
The KCB gear pump is suitable for conveying various oils, such as heavy oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. Copper gears can be used to transport low-viscosity liquids such as gas and benzene, which is why it is called a gear oil pump. Stainless steel gear pumps can transport beverages and corrosive liquids. It is not suitable for liquids containing hard particles or fibers and is suitable for viscosities ranging from 5×10-5 to 1.5×103m2/s. The temperature should not exceed 70℃. For high-temperature liquids, a high-temperature-resistant gear pump should be used, which can transport liquids below 300℃.
Features of KCB Gear Pump:
The electric oil pump has a simple and compact structure, making it easy to use and maintain.
It has good self-priming ability, so there is no need to fill liquid before each pump start.
Lubrication is automatically achieved by the conveyed liquid, so there is no need to add lubricating oil during daily operation.
Power transmission through an elastic coupling can compensate for small deviations caused by installation. It can provide a good cushioning effect when subjected to unavoidable hydraulic shocks during oil pump operation.
Structure Description:
The KCB gear pump consists of a pump body, gears, front and rear pump covers, safety valve, bearings, and sealing device. The pump body, front and rear covers, and other parts are made of gray cast iron, and the gears are made of high-quality carbon steel. Copper or stainless steel can also be used according to user needs. The safety valve is installed on the rear pump cover or above the pump body to provide safety protection for the pump and pipeline. The bearings use DU bearings or tin bronze bearings, and the shaft end seal has three structures to choose from: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and packing seal. The inlet and outlet ports are made with British pipe threads (G) directly on the pump body. The pump is connected to the motor with an elastic coupling and installed on a common base.

四、使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng):
1、安裝齒輪油泵:
a. 安裝前應(yīng)檢查泵在運(yùn)輸中是否受到損壞,如電機(jī)是否受潮、泵進(jìn)出口的防塵蓋是否損壞而使污物進(jìn)入泵腔內(nèi)部等。
b. 安裝管道前應(yīng)先對(duì)管道內(nèi)壁用清水或蒸氣清洗干凈。安裝時(shí)應(yīng)避免使管道的重量由泵來(lái)承擔(dān),以免影響泵的精度及壽命。
c. 齒輪油泵應(yīng)盡量靠近油池;管道各聯(lián)接部位不得漏氣、漏液,否則會(huì)發(fā)生吸不上液體的現(xiàn)象。
d. 為防止顆粒雜盾等污物進(jìn)入泵內(nèi),應(yīng)在吸入口安裝金屬過(guò)濾網(wǎng),過(guò)濾精度為30目/in,過(guò)濾面積應(yīng)大于進(jìn)油管橫截面積三倍以上。
e. 進(jìn)出口管路建議安裝真空表及壓力表,以便監(jiān)視泵的工作狀態(tài)。
f. 當(dāng)油池較深、吸油管路較長(zhǎng)或介質(zhì)粘度較高而造成真空度過(guò)高時(shí),可將進(jìn)油管加粗一擋。吸油管路較長(zhǎng)時(shí)還應(yīng)安裝底閥。
2、齒輪油泵工作前的檢查:
a. 泵的各緊固件是否牢固。
b. 主動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否輕重均勻一致。
c. 進(jìn)出管道的閥門(mén)是否打開(kāi)。
d. 泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合要求。
e. 初次使用前應(yīng)向泵內(nèi)注入適量介質(zhì)。
3、齒輪油泵工作時(shí)的維護(hù):
a. 注意齒輪油泵的壓力表及真空表的讀數(shù)應(yīng)符合該泵所規(guī)定的技術(shù)規(guī)范以?xún)?nèi)。
b. 當(dāng)齒輪油泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中有不正常的噪音或溫升過(guò)高時(shí),應(yīng)立即停泵檢查。
c. 一般情況下,不得任意調(diào)整安全閥,如需調(diào)整時(shí),要用儀器校正。
d. 額定壓力的1.5-2倍。4、泵的停止
a. 切斷電源。
b. 關(guān)閉進(jìn)出管道閥門(mén)。
KCB133-960、2CY8-60齒輪式輸油泵有采用DU軸承,錫青銅軸承和滾動(dòng)軸承三種結(jié)構(gòu),需在訂貨時(shí)注明。訂貨時(shí)未注明者均按DU軸承結(jié)構(gòu)供貨。
軸承為內(nèi)置型式,依靠被輸送介質(zhì)進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑;011軸承和錫青銅軸承能在非潤(rùn)滑性介質(zhì)中工作。
4. Precautions for installing gear oil pump:
a. Before installation, check whether the pump has been damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor is damp, whether the dust cover of the inlet and outlet of the pump is damaged and the dirt enters the pump cavity, etc.
b. Before installing the pipeline, clean the inner wall of the pipeline with clean water or steam. During installation, avoid letting the weight of the pipeline be borne by the pump to avoid affecting the accuracy and service life of the pump.
c. The gear oil pump should be placed as close to the oil tank as possible; all joints of the pipeline should not leak air or liquid, otherwise, the phenomenon of unable to suck liquid will occur.
d. In order to prevent impurities such as particles and debris from entering the pump, a metal filter screen with a filtration accuracy of 30 mesh/in should be installed at the suction port, and the filtration area should be more than three times the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe.
e. It is recommended to install a vacuum gauge and a pressure gauge on the inlet and outlet pipelines to monitor the working status of the pump.
f. When the oil tank is deep, the suction pipe is long, or the viscosity of the medium is high, causing the vacuum degree to be too high, the inlet pipe can be thickened by one level. When the suction pipe is long, a bottom valve should also be installed.
5. Inspection before gear oil pump operation:
a. Whether all fasteners of the pump are firm.
b. Whether the rotation of the drive shaft is light and uniform.
c. Whether the valves of the inlet and outlet pipelines are open.
d. Whether the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements.
e. Before first use, inject an appropriate amount of medium into the pump.
6. Maintenance during gear oil pump operation:
a. Pay attention to whether the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the gear oil pump meet the technical specifications specified by the pump.
b. When abnormal noise or excessive temperature rise occurs during the operation of the gear oil pump, stop the pump immediately for inspection.
c. In general, do not adjust the safety valve arbitrarily. If adjustment is necessary, use an instrument for calibration.
d. 1.5-2 times of rated pressure.
7. Pump stop:
a. Cut off power supply.
b. Close inlet and outlet pipeline valves.
KCB133-960 and 2CY8-60 gear oil pumps have three types of structures: DU bearings, tin bronze bearings, and rolling bearings. Please specify when ordering. If not specified when ordering, DU bearing structure will be supplied by default.
The bearing is an embedded type, relying on the conveyed medium for lubrication; 011 bearings and tin bronze bearings can work in non-lubricating media
